Important Information

You can take your dog on our Shuttle to the Appalachian Trail and many places on the Appalachian Trail but NOT through The Great Smoky Mountain NP unless the dog is a service animal.

Important Information

You must pay in advance through the Payment Portal within 10 minutes after booking or your trail shuttle booking will be voided. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation within 48 hours before your pick-up time.

how to use our services

You must book a specific date and time for your trail shuttle pick-up and then pay for the service. Select the Appalachian trail shuttle service you wish to access on our booking calendar.. After booking, scroll to the Payment Portal and chose the corresponding tab. Use Additional Hikers to add up to 3 hikers.

Return and Refund Policy

All bookings must be made and paid for in advance. A booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-time to obtain a refund. Any cancellation prior to 48 hours will receive a full refund MINUS a $10 handling fee. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF A SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME.
